Only bats with the approved USA baseball stamp/sticker are allowed for use in the baseball divisions.


Softball division bats must be marked with a bat performance factor (BPF) of 1.20.
All other BPFs are considered illegal in Little League play.

Everett Little League's guidelines and rules around recording and live streaming games via GameChanger. 

• GameChanger recording devices are to be setup in a dedicated location and ONLY in that dedicated location. 
• Each field that Everett Little League utilizes as a home field will designate the space behind home plate as the location for recording devices to be placed. This includes the fencing above the backstops at Madison, Garfield, Phil Johnson, and Legion. 
• Everett Little League is not responsible for the use of personal devices used for recording and live streaming on GameChanger. 
• You may be asked to move your device if found recording outside of the designated recording area. 
• If you notice any violations to the above, please let your manager know. Do not interrupt them while they are coaching your players in a game. Please be courteous. 
• These guidelines do not apply to personal recording for purposes not related to GameChanger. 
• Please be aware that if you are near the designated location for recording and streaming GameChanger, your conversation may be recorded and broadcast.
